Quality is a priority for TTCA. In 2003, TTCA achieved registration to the prestigious international quality standard ISO9001:2000. TTCA is audited by the National Standards Authority of Ireland to ensure that the standard is being maintained.
A key focus of ISO9001:2000 is on customer satisfaction. This involves determining our customers needs and ensuring that we meet these needs.
Continual improvement features very strongly in ISO9001:2000 and at TTCA we set company objectives and targets to ensure that we continue to improve on our service to our customers.
