Tralee Town Centre Apartments were the first purpose built student accommodation in Tralee and is the ideal choice for students of educational facilities such as IT Tralee, FÁS National Learning Network etc.
Situated in the old market area on Maine St, the area is quiet and convenient, being within a minute's walk of the town's shops. The complex consists of 54 apartments, each apartment catering for four students in private en-suite study bedrooms. In this way the privacy of each student is maintained, while the complex creates a pleasant campus atmosphere.

Each apartment also contains an open plan sitting room, living room and kitchen which are tastefully furnished and decorated with a three piece suite, coffee table, dining room table & chairs and remote control TV. Wireless broadband internet connections available in each bedroom. The apartments are heated throughout using economical Gold Shield electric heating. Laundry facilities are available on-site at an additional charge.
The Tralee Town Centre Apartments provide a secure base for Tralee students and a security guard patrols the complex at night, while during office hours, reception is open to handle any student queries. A card entry system is used for student residents and visitors to the apartments gain entrance by a security intercom system.
